Good so far

Just downloaded the app.. It works fine for now... Still yet to toggle with the many things it has to offer... Im sure itll be good...

Test

Its a very good exercise app that allowed me to get in shape

good

a very good app I love it :)

Ehh

Its pretty basic. I thought it would contain more various types of exercises. The reason for the 3 stars is because the fields for height and weight will not let you type anything in, thus skewing any other data you enter.

Impressive

Ive had a lot of health problems and about a year ago I started to have to start tracking my health, meds, exercise and even keep all my own health records on hand so Ive done a great deal of research and have been building a collection of apps to help so Ive looked at a bunch of apps and programs. Admittedly I just downloaded and tried a few tasks in the app but assuming its not buggy, I really love it. Im not into fitness and really dont like spending a lot of time keeping up with all the crap that seems to go along with keeping up with my health and that lack of enthusiasm drives many if my decisions of what to use. This has a nice, clean interface, its easy to use and doesnt focus on any one part of my fitness. Theres no one app that tracks everything (exercise, meds, records, hardware interfaces) and this fits in very well with the other apps I have for the other stuff. I thought about giving it 4 stars because there are a few very small issues but they dont really affect the quality. I noticed a small grammar error so I assume there may be a few more. The balance task says to close your eyes and put your hands on your hips as you time yourself by hitting start/stop in the app. You cant do both but thats easy enough to figure out. Also it says (something like) do the test a few times then apply the test you want to keep. I did so and the message implied that it kept the data from all the tests. Also I have a pacemaker so some results arent as would usually be expected. And due to medical conditions my BP is intentionally high. For the masses this probably isnt important but it would be nice if the app would allow some metrics to be overridden. Overall, the app is a keeper and I look forward to using it. [Off topic] FYI to readers - I mentioned that I use other apps, etc for overall health. Ive spent MANY hours researching and trying various apps and hardware. I use the FitBit bracelet and app for realtime activity tracking. I use Microsoft HealthVault app and website for records management (I dont care for MS but HeathVault stands out as the platform in coming years and is starting to work with VA records). Also, a lot of hardware will write to it. I bought a ProForm treadmill because of their iFit module (it doesnt work well - they dont seem to understand technology but it seems to be the best there is). Ive found nothing good for med tracking. Maybe a med app is a good next step for this developer. HTH

Great app

I already do weightlifting but Ive been trying to get to a more rounded level of fitness that includes cardio, not just strength. So far this app seems like a great tool to see what I need to concentrate on and get exercises to improve each area. It also motivated me to do some accessory work outs on an off day, so thats a plus! :)

...

Im only 15 and your age has to be at least 18 to use the app.... I just checked my BMI and it thinks I have a disease or something. Also, before it worked fine and I opened it a second time and its stuck on a never ending loading screen.

Pretty cool

Works well with iphone 5 and good information

Good but needs work

Any time the screen goes dark (from the phone not being messed with while doing tests) the test completely resets. This can be quite aggregating, especially during the "Effort Test" during the rest stage after the exercise portion of the test. Ran into these issues as well during the strength and core strength tests. Fix those problems and its a 5 star app

So far so good

I like the tests and challenges. Over time I hope to improve my scores. Good for beginners

Awesome

Its a super app great job just need to adjust the heart test it took woth me three times to get my HB.

Good if your a man

Worked great for me as a guy, but even though my wife set her profile to a female it still is doing all the comparing to mens stats. Also, not many exercise suggestions. Could be a great app with these problems solved.

Great

A nice app with a few polish problems. The heart rate sensor is not as accurate as the ones used in similar apps, but its passable.

Great App

If time is taken to do all the things this app ask you to do I think it could help personal fitness greatly. The app is a tool. The real hard work and achievement will come with fortitude and dedication....

Fitness

Its a really good app. Im learning that Im not as fit as I thought and ways to solve this problem. I truly recommend getting this app.

Like it

I like that this app shows me the areas where I need to improve and has helpful exercises to help me reach my goals.

Surprised

Not what I was expecting, but really cool! I told my friends to download it.
